Banana pudding is one of Nikki’s favorite desserts. Since changing her diet to due to IBS, banana pudding is one of the dishes she’s missed. She’s been wanting to recreate a version that she could eat, but had a hard time finding the pudding.
While shopping at a local, small business here in Charlotte, she discovered Simply Delish’s Instant Vanilla Pudding. We finally had the missing agreement. Nikki decided to make it for July 4th.Make 'Nana pudding that's top 8 free Click To Tweet

Easy as pi–udding! This banana pudding turned out really well and was a hit. Nikki was very glad to be able to eat banana pudding again. Once we can start gathering with people again, this will be a great quick and easy dessert to whip up.
While you can use alternative ingredients, we recommend Simply Delish since it is free of the Top 8 allergens. That’s also why we used Kinnikinnick vanilla wafers. If you use regular milk, you’ll need 1 2/3 cup.
