As you may recall from a recent blogpost on pasta dishes, I included lasagna. I included details about ingredients we recommended, but didn’t do a full recipe. I had several comments on social media asking for the recipe. By popular demand, I give you the recipe for homemade lasagna.
This recipe for lasagna is easy and only uses a few ingredients. As you may have gathered by the blogpost title, this homemade lasagna recipe is gluten-, dairy-, and soy-free.

You can never go wrong with a lasagne and this one is especially good! We live in Italy, so have lasagne a lot here! I like the recipe too!
Oh, man! I bet your lasagna is even better than the Americanized version!
My daughter absolutely loves lasagna! I need to try this for her!
Please let me know if you make it & what she thinks!
This lasagna looks so delicious. Thanks for sharing quite easy and less time taking recipe.
Thank you, Monidipa!
Homemade lasagna is our favourite dish at home! I love this version which is friendly for people with dietary restractions and I’m saving it because you never know !
We love homemade pasta dishes! 🙂 I’m glad you decided to save the recipe. Please let me know if you make it!
OMG YUM! I love lasagna in all its wonderful forms. It’s great that there are so many different ways you can make it, too, so everyone’s is slightly different
I agree, Amy!
This is an awesome recipe. Are the hamburger pieces vegan as well or is that beef?
The meat that we used was organic, grass fed beef. It could certainly be substituted for another meat option.
this looks so delicious! I am not gluten-free but I am intrigued to try this
I don’t have dietary restrictions (unlike my sister) and I really liked this dish. It doesn’t taste exactly like what we’re used to, but I still recommend it.
Garfield better stand in line, this one’s mine 🙂 It looks so delicious Sam. I’m curious though, do the gluten free lasagna sheets taste the same as the ones you normally find in the stores?
Haha, get in the back of the line, Garfield! They do taste different (most GF/SF food does), but I think they still taste good. They’re the best lasagna noodles we’ve tried that fit Nikki’s needs. I think if you know going into it, that most food won’t taste exactly the same, that helps with expectations. I really liked this dish.
Wow! The lasagna looks super delicious! Moreover, it’s gluten-free and so easy to make. I’m definitely going to try my hands on the recipe.
I love cooking lasagna and my family loves it too. But I never tried a gluten-free lasagna. I should try this one!
Please let me know if you do & what the verdict is!
Wow, this looks very yummy, I would like to make it on Friday night. Lasagna Is one of my favourite food
That sounds like a great way to kick off the weekend!
This looks like a lovely dish for those with allergies and who enjoy lasagne. You did a really great job indeed.
Thank you, Elizabeth!
Yum Lasagna is one of my all time favorite dishes! I am vegan now and I can still make a rad lasagna!
Isn’t it great to know that you can find options that work for your needs?
This is awesome!! No one should have to give up lasagna!!
I agree, Renee!
Lasagna is my all time favorite dish ever! However, I have a confession..in all my years of cooking I have never actually made it. I am not sure why, just never have.
Sandy, I’m not very useful in the kitchen, so I’ve never made it either. lol
